Block paving driveway and dropped kerb in Swanland

In December 2020, Saltmer Construction completed a full driveway block paving revamp in Swanland, East Riding of Yorkshire. As well as the block paving, the project included a new dropped kerb. And a granite front doorstep.

What did we do?

As the selected contractors, Saltmer Construction completed the full block paving driveway overhaul. This started by helping our client select the right block paving.

We then moved onto digging up the old 90m2 driveway - and commencing the revamp. The new block paving driveway was laid using Plaspave Sorrento block paving, in graphite. Sourced and laid by Saltmer Construction.

Once the block paving driveway was installed, we then worked on the local authority approved dropped kerb. The project required 10 dropped kerbs and 18m2 of tarmac. Again, all sourced and completed by Saltmer Construction.

To add the finishing touches to the project, we also built our client a new, granite front doorstep.

The finished project

The project was finished in just two weeks, and our client was so delighted with how the driveway and dropped kerb looked. They gave us a 5* review on Google. The finished project can be found below.
